By using SiteFAQ you agree to these terms.

The service

SiteFAQ lets you upload content and embed an AI chat widget that answers questions based on that content. The service is in early access and features may change.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You confirm you have the right to use it and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service to you.

AI-generated answers

Answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing how the widget is used on your site and for not relying on it for legal, medical, financial or other high-stakes advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use SiteFAQ for unlawful content, spam, malware, infringing material, or to harass others, and do not attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
