This policy explains how SiteFAQ ("we", "us") handles information when you use ludegong.com and the SiteFAQ service.

Information we collect

Account information (such as your email address); content you upload or import (text, PDFs, public page content); chat messages sent through your widget; basic usage and technical data (such as reply counts, timestamps, browser type and IP address) needed to run and protect the service. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To provide the service (indexing your content and generating answers), to enforce plan limits, to prevent abuse, to provide support, and to communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Service providers

We use third-party providers for hosting, AI model processing, email and payments. They process data on our behalf only to provide the service.

Data retention

We keep your content while your account is active. You can delete projects at any time; deleted content is removed from active systems within 30 days. Chat logs may be kept for up to 90 days for quality and abuse prevention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email us to make a request.

Cookies

We use only cookies needed for login and security. If we add analytics, we will update this policy.

Children

SiteFAQ is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
