FAQ

What does SiteFAQ do?

You give SiteFAQ your own content (help docs, FAQ pages, policies, product notes). It builds a chat widget you embed on your site, which answers visitors' questions using only that content and shows the passage it relied on.

Will it make things up?

It is instructed to answer only from your content and to say when it does not know. AI can still make mistakes, so we show sources and recommend you review answers for important topics such as refunds or legal terms.

How do I add it to my site?

Copy one script snippet into your site's HTML. You choose which domains are allowed to load your widget.

What happens when I reach my reply limit?

The widget stops answering and shows a fallback message with your contact email until the next month or until you upgrade.

Do you train AI models on my data?

No. Your documents are used only to answer questions for your own project. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Pro is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
